This pizza recipe is similar to Giuseppe's Pizza for BetsaPasta entry on 2.9.11 (National Pizza Day)entry.
The main difference is the sauce is my marinara vs. Giuseppe's canned tomatoes (nothing wrong with canned tomatoes)that go on BEFORE the mozzarella, and that I usually buy from the pizza parlor.
As well, I use Parmigiano Reggiano vs. Italian Pecorino Romano cheese.
